Payment Options

I’m nervous entering my credit card, is this a secure site?

Absolutely. We use a secure transaction system that protects all of your information and keeps it private – we cannot access it, and others won’t be able to either. We keep you safe – don’t worry!

 

When is my card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase. For subscription orders, you’re charged at the duration of your choice.

 

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You cannot personally cancel your order once it is placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or would like to have your order cancelled or modified, please contact us immediately by emailing care@superfoodshot.co or messaging us on our Facebook page.

What are the shipping options for Balance the Superfood Shot products?

Balance products are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

How long will it take to get my products?

We guarantee 7-10 business days unless you select a quicker option. We are centrally located in the U.S., so there’s a good chance it will delivered quicker! If you selected two-day shipping, you will receive your products within two business days of placing your online order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

 

How much does shipping cost?

If you’re in the U.S. and choose Subscribe & Save, it’s free! However, there is a small international shipping fee, even with subscriptions. Shipping costs vary with every order and all shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the "Shipping Method" section during checkout.

  

Does SuperfoodShot.co ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Orders by standard shipping can be delivered to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

What if my order was damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 21 days of your order date by emailing us at care@superfoodshot.co and please include photos.

 

Returns

How do I get a refund if I am dissatisfied with your products?

All Balance the Superfood Shot products are satisfaction guaranteed within 30 days of the purchase date from both SuperfoodShot.co and all retailers. To receive a refund if purchased from SuperfoodShot.co, please mail us your original SuperfoodShot.co receipt along with your unused Life Equals / Balance the Superfood Shot product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Product cannot be used.

Your refund will be issued back to the credit card that you used to purchase the product. Please allow two to four business days for your refund request to be processed and issued. We only accept returns, exchanges, and product-related issues for products purchased on SuperfoodShot.co Please contact the retailer you purchased your products from for proper return instructions.

 

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?

Life Equals supplements and vitamins are manufactured in the United States at a GMPC certified facility.

Is Balance the Superfood Shot products regulated by the FDA?

The package labeling, ingredients and manufacturing quality of all Life Equals products are FDA regulated in accordance to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

Because each Life Equals product is different in nature it isn't possible to provide one all-inclusive FAQs. Please reach out to care@superfoodshot.com and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

 

Rewards

What is the rewards program?

The Superfood Squad is a free rewards program that allows you to earn points on your purchases, referrals, and more. You can redeem your points for rewards, discounts, and exclusive Balance the Superfood Shot merchandise and health coaching. To sign up for The Superfood Squad or to learn more, please visit ourRewards Page. Please note at this time, you can only earn and redeem points when purchasing directly from superfoodshot.com.

 

How do I join?

Click “Sign Up” on our Rewards Page. Enter your email address and create a password. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your account has been created and should be able to start earning points right away.

 

Do points ever expire?

Yes, points expire 6 months from the date of receiving them.

 

When can I start redeeming points?

You can start redeeming your points for products once you reach 100 points. You can start redeeming your points for discounts once you reach 200 points. 

 

How do I redeem?

To redeem your points, first log into your account. On the Account Details page, click Superfood Squad Rewards to open the Rewards Widget in the bottom corner of the screen. Select Ways to Redeem to view all redemption options. When you’ve chosen the product or discount you’d like to redeem, select View and Redeem. A coupon code will appear that you can apply during checkout. If redeeming a free product, be sure to click Add product to cart. The coupon code will also be sent to your account email. You can use the code immediately during checkout, or you can come back to the code at a later time. It is saved in the Rewards Widget.

 

Can I combine my points from multiple accounts into a single account?

Yes. If you have more than one Superfood Squad account, please email your account info to care@lifeequals.com. and note which account you’d like to keep. We’ll take care of it from there. Please note that only points from purchases and referrals can be transferred. If you have any questions just include them in your request.

Disclaimer: Customers are only allowed one Superfood Squad account. Balance the Superfood Shot reserves the right to cancel any accounts or orders that we feel may be fraudulent or if they indicate an abuse of the Superfoodie program in any way. 

 

How can I check my points balance?

To view your current points, login to your Superfood Squad account. SelectCheck your Superfood Squad Balance to open the Rewards Widget. Your points balance is displayed at the top of the Rewards Widget.

 

What happens to my points when products are returned?

Points are not refunded or added back to your account when a product is returned. 

 

Why aren’t my points showing?

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact our team  at care@superfoodshot.com for more help.

 

I entered my birthday, when do I receive my birthday points?

Happy Birthday! After entering your birth date in your account, you will receive your points on the morning of your birthday. Points usually show between 9 am and 12 pm EST, so please don't worry if they don't show at midnight. Please note that if you entered your birth date less than 30 days before your birthday, you won't receive points until next year's birthday. You will not receive birthday points if you enter your birth date after it has already passed. You’ll receive your points on your actual birthday the following year. 

 

How do I write a review and receive points?

Roughly 10-12 business days after your order ships, you’ll receive an email asking you to leave a review for one of the products that you purchased. Submit your review through the email and 100 points will be added to your account.

Please note that while we appreciate your enthusiasm for our products, points will only be rewarded for one review email per order at a maximum of once per month.

 

I referred a friend. Why didn’t I receive points?

Thanks for sharing Balance with friends and family!Your referred friends and family will receive $15 off their first orderand you'll also receive a $15 coupon once their purchase is completed.

Please note that we only allow up to two referrals per month. You are not able to refer yourself using another account. Balance the Superfood Shot reserves the right to disable any account suspected of abuse of our referral and rewards program.
