What are the shipping options for Life Equals products?

Life Equals products are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
 

How long will it take to get my Life Equals products?

We guarantee 7-10 business days unless you select a quicker option. We are centrally located in the US, so there’s a good chance it will be delivered quicker! If you selected 2-day shipping, you will receive your Life Equals products within two business days of placing your online order.

Life Equals does NOT ship orders the same day they are placed. All expedited orders will ship the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. This email will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email.
 

How much does shipping cost?

If you’re in the U.S. and choose Subscribe & Save, it’s free! However, there is a small international shipping fee, even with subscriptions. Shipping costs vary with every order and all shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the "Shipping Method" section during checkout.
 

Do you ship Life Equals products Internationally?

Of course! We at Life Equals love to travel and so do our products!

 

Does LifeEquals.com ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Orders by standard shipping can be delivered to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 21 days of your order date by emailing us at care@life-equals.com and please include photos.

How do I get a refund if I am dissatisfied with Life Equals supplements and vitamins?

All Life Equals supplement and vitamin products are satisfaction guaranteed within 60 days of the purchase date from both LifeEquals.com and all retailers. To receive a refund if purchased from LifeEquals.com, please mail us your original LifeEquals.com receipt along with your unused Life Equals product(s) within 60 days of the purchase date.

Your refund will be issued back to the credit card that you used to purchase the product. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund request to be processed and refund issued. We only accept returns, exchanges, and product-related issues for supplement and vitamins purchased on LifeEquals.com. Please contact the retailer you purchased your products from for proper return instructions.
 

What is your exchange/return policy for Life Equals apparel?

LifeEquals.com accepts exchanges and returns of Life Equals apparel within 30 days of receipt of your order. We can only exchange/return unworn products purchased from LifeEquals.com. We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges. Any merchandise considered worn upon return will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please mail your unworn products purchased from LifeEquals.com within 60 days of the purchase date.

How do I exchange my Life Equals apparel?

Please fill out the exchange portion of the packing slip you received with your order.
 

How do I return my Life Equals apparel for a refund?

To return your unworn Life Equals apparel for a refund, check the refund option on the exchange form. Refunds are processed shortly after receipt. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund request to be processed and refund issued. We do not reimburse shipping for returned merchandise.
 

Do I have to pay to ship Life Equals products (supplements, vitamins and apparel) back to you?

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels; however, we will cover the shipping back to you on an exchange for an apparel item.
 

Which method of shipping should I use to send my Life Equals products back?

You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Life Equals will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
 

Did my Life Equals product arrive back at your warehouse?

Please reference the return tracking number you secured to verify your package has been delivered. If the tracking number confirms delivery, please be assured your package has been received and will be processed shortly. You will not receive notification from us upon arrival at the warehouse.
 

How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the new product is on its way out to you.
 

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
